It amazes me how many golfers don’t prepare their bodies. Poor flexibility is one of the key risk factors for injuries! Limitations in ROM can affect the golfers ability to achieve proper swing plane, increasing stress on joints & muscles. Repetitive movements can cause misalignment in the body, again, increasing the risk of injuries! Please warm up with dynamic movements so you can play longer, play safer, play better!
