Free Workout Program

Hey guys! Welcome to our 15 days Intense Core & Yoga workout program. It’s completely free so all you gotta do is click the link below for the full schedule.

To build strength & see changes in your practice and your body, its all about repetition and staying consistent. 

So I created 5 different classes. The first few days will be an introduction of each class, then itll gradually start to get longer & harder as we add & repeat these 5 classes. Remember, it’s repetition & staying committed so don’t give up!
